I help my clients to start a business, so my first task is to understand the client’s goals in order to assist in all aspects of the formation of a corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other entity. Once the entity is formed, I assist clients during the entire life cycle of a business, from raising start-up capital, through various financing, acquisitions and other transactions, to sale, public offering or other exit events. I am able to work with entrepreneurs on strategic business decisions as well as legal matters. I always understand entrepreneurs because I’m just like them.
